Trinity has been asked to be a part of the Momentum Network; a group of 12 churches wanting to be healthy and growing.   Each active attender at Trinity (over 12) has been asked to complete this survey.  

This assessment helps us establish a baseline understanding of your church’s overall health, vitality, spiritual formation, discipleship, outreach, leadership, and vision.

The survey is available Feb. 15-22. You are strongly encouraged to fill it out!
