Go,
Bless.

Our faith is meant to be experienced in community; not held just to ourselves or our church family.  With Wednesday evening Bible Study wrapping up for the summer, you are invited to use that hour (or some other time during the week) to be out in the community seeking its good.
Some ideas for how you might Go, Bless. include:
  • Picking up garbage,
  • Helping a neighbour with yard work,
  • Sharing some baking with someone down the street,
  • Going for a walk with someone else,
  • Inviting a neighbour to come with you to Worship,
  • Any other way the Spirit lays on your heart!

This is not meant to be prescriptive (i.e. you have to do this...) but is an invitation to be creative with the gifts God has given you so that you would be a blessing to someone in our community.  Scripture reminds us that Christians were known for their love. May we embody our rich Christian heritage as we seek to love our community in various ways.  Have fun, get creative, and build new relationships as you share Jesus' love!
